Weather Code — 2. semester
We were provided with weather data from Augsburg and its twin towns from 2018. Our task was to first design a poster, then develop an application, and finally create a physical exhibit.
Block II:
In this block, the weather data is displayed interactively. Using Processing, the individual data is grouped into one of the main weather categories. Weather symbols rain down from the tip of the mouse cursor and settle on the screen. Each sphere has its own properties based on its corresponding weather characteristics.

Block III:
With the function of Block II in mind, I wanted to translate it into a physical space. The marbles represent different weather phenomena. A servo motor with a custom disc guides them along a path, where they eventually stack in a bottle. Over time, this creates a layered model, visually representing the accumulated impact.
